October's Very Own offers returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all collaboration releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
